Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the safari start date:
- Your deposit will only be refunded if the safari is resold.
- A 20% administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellations made within 90 days or less of the safari start date:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Only the Trophy Fee Deposit (if applicable) is refundable.
